Founder and Director

Nikita Stricklen-Trice has been in education for 15 years and a professional school counselor for 5 years. After witnessing a decline in positive student behavior, lack of social and emotional coping skills, and lack of respect for themselves and others, Ms. Stricklen-Trice wanted to positively impact student learning.

As an educator and professional school counselor, she feels responsible for meeting and exceeding student's curiosity for learning by providing challenging, thought-provoking resources and programs that supplement their education.  Ms. Stricklen-Trice has worked with and written curriculum for Fort Worth Independent School District’s (FWISD's) Student Engagement and School Completion, as well as FWISD's Nationally Recognized, Award-winning, "It's Not Okay Campaign".

Ms. Stricklen-Trice lives and works in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with her two children, Christian and Coryn and their family dog, Fudge.
